New Features​

  • Taxonomy Pricing — Import Support — Taxonomy pricing can now be imported, complementing the export capability added in 14.2.3. Watch video →

  • Pending Work — Right-Click to Navigate to Taxonomy Entry — A new right-click option in Pending Work Order line items and Contexts allows users to navigate directly to the related Taxonomy entry in Taxonomy Manager. Watch video →

  • CAL_FIELDS_POST_ON_CHANGE — New Field Suffix Support — The CAL_FIELDS_POST_ON_CHANGE global variable now supports _CHANGE_RESULT1, _CHANGE_RESULT2, and _CHANGE_RESULT12 suffixes to trigger As Found and/or As Left formula execution independently. Watch video →

  • Templates — Create Without Basing on Existing Template — Templates can now be created from scratch without requiring an existing template as a base, simplifying setup for new configurations. Watch video →

  • Flat Fee Charges — Branch and Employee Association — Flat fee charges can now have an associated Branch and Employee, bringing them in line with other charge types. Watch video →

  • Pending Work — Alternate Ship Address Name Column — The Alternate Ship Address Name is now available as a column in the Pending Work — Work Orders grid. Watch video →

  • System Wide Vendor — Deletion and Import Validation — Additional validation checks have been added for deletion of the System Wide Company and for importing related System Wide Vendors, preventing invalid data states. Watch video →

  • Events — Default Values from Related Work Order — Events can now check for and default values from the related Work Order when adding equipment to a related event, reducing manual re-entry. Watch video →

  • Work Order Line Items — Charges Now Link on Completion — Upon completing work associated with a Work Order line item, all related charges now correctly link back to that line item. Watch video →

Bug Fixes​

  • Firebird — Profile Manager Error on Startup — Firebird databases were throwing an error when opening Profile Manager. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Field Service — SQLite Error on Login — A SQLite error related to TABLECHANGE was occurring when logging into a Field Service database. This has been fixed. Watch video →

  • P-Touch — Error with Allow Override Option — An error occurring with the P-Touch Allow Override option has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Company Search — Prompting to Save on Grid Resize — The Company Search was incorrectly prompting users to save when resizing the grid. This has been corrected. Watch video →
