Maintenance release with new Order System charge types, Service Agreement search, and config lock improvements — plus fixes for config imports, document sign-offs, and due date settings.

New Features​

  • Order System — Flat Fee Charges — Flat fee charges can now be created and edited directly in the Order System. Watch video →

  • Order System — Auto-Populate Entered By / Performed By — Both the Entered By and Performed By fields now auto-populate from the logged-in user when adding or editing a charge if previously blank. Watch video →

  • Service Agreements — Native Search Fields — The Service Agreements module now includes native search fields in the header for faster equipment and agreement lookup. Watch video →

Improvements​

  • Branch Manager — Remember All / Unassigned Filter Selection — Pending Work Orders, Contexts, and all Branch Manager views now remember whether All or Unassigned was last selected, per user. Watch video →

  • Configuration Locks — Auto-Release After 48 Hours — Config change locks are now automatically released after 48 hours, preventing stale locks from blocking configuration changes. Watch video →

Bug Fixes​

  • Child Equipment Tab — Navigation Fails for Long Company / Gage IDs — Double-clicking a child equipment record now navigates correctly even when Company name exceeds 20 characters or Gage SN exceeds 25 characters. Watch video →

  • Add/Edit Companies — Application Error Without Embedded Edit — An application error when opening Add/Edit Companies without the "Allow Embedded Edit" option has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Pending Work — Preview Work Order Notes No Longer Functional — The Preview Work Order Notes option in the Pending Work grid has been restored. Watch video →

  • Schedule Types — Spaces Not Allowed in Names — Spaces can now be used in schedule type and schedule group names. Watch video →

  • Config Import — INDYSTATTYPES Table Error After 14.2.2 — Importing configurations via Export/Import was failing due to additional fields on the INDYSTATTYPES table introduced in 14.2.2. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Company Due Date Settings Not Applied on Event Launch — Due date settings for a company now apply correctly when launching an event while a different company is displayed on the Equipment tab. Watch video →

  • Service Agreements — Equipment Rename Doesn't Update References — Renaming an Equipment ID now correctly updates all related references in Service Agreements and Service Requests. Watch video →

  • Document Sign-Off — Error with Employee Merge Text — Saving or editing captions containing the !EMPLOYEE.CUSTOM_TEXT1! merge text item no longer produces an error. Watch video →

  • Order System — Service Agreement Exit Error After Invoicing — Exiting Service Agreements after invoicing a Work Order from the Options menu no longer causes an error. Watch video →

  • Event Vendor Field Not Defaulting from Work Confirmation — The Vendor field in events now correctly defaults from the work confirmation prompt when the selection rule is enabled. Watch video →
