Getting Started
Licensing and setup
Licensing is consumed per device or workstation. Once you've purchased your licenses, the following items must be in place to use them:
-
Ensure the Customer #, Environment Number, and IndyGo Environment values are populated in System-Wide Preferences of the IndySoft database. These values come from sales or support. The Database name is just a user-friendly name for the environment.

Install your IndySoft 3-Tier REST Service on the server, and confirm that this server has access to IndySoft's registration environment (
portalcrm.indysoft.com).IndyGo connects to the server over HTTPS from your mobile device or workstation. If you're hosted on the cloud and your devices can connect outside your network, the cloud services team handles this. If devices can only connect to your internal network, the 3-Tier REST Service must be installed on that local network and have outbound access to
portalcrm.indysoft.comto confirm licensing on login.
