  • Uncertainty Masters — Use Set Items From Prior Test Point — A new right-click option in the Uncertainty Masters Mapping dialog allows set items from a prior test point to be reused, reducing repetitive data entry. Watch video →

  • Cloud Environments — Additional Uploadable File Types — Files with .csv, .xlsb, and .xlsm extensions can now be uploaded in cloud environments. Watch video →

  • Location Tree Search — Flattened Results — Searching the Location Tree in both Events and Equipment now returns a flattened result set, making it easier to find locations without navigating the full hierarchy. Watch video →

  • Location From / To — Storage ID Consistency — Location From and Location To objects in Events now match the Storage ID object label used in the Equipment view, ensuring consistent field naming. Watch video →

  • Estimate Charges — Smarter Charge Type Prompt — When adding charges to an Estimate from Equipment or a Template, the charge selection prompt now only appears if more than one charge of the same Charge Type exists, reducing unnecessary dialogs. Watch video →

Bug Fixes

  • Uncertainty Masters — Set Items Not Deleting on Auto-Add — Set items were not being deleted after the auto-add option was checked. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • New Equipment — Service Site Dropdown Showing Wrong Values — The Service Site dropdown was displaying Service Level values when prompting for required fields during new equipment creation. The correct values now appear. Watch video →

  • Reports — Incorrect Report Called When Search Name Differs — Reports were not being called correctly when the saved search name did not match the report name. This has been corrected. Watch video →

  • WebTier — Error When Exporting Invoice as File — Exporting an invoice as a file in WebTier was causing an application error. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Print Grid — Right-Click Causing Application Error — The Print Grid right-click option was causing an application error. This has been fixed. Watch video →

  • Uncertainty Masters Mapping — Not Saving After Delete — Deleting a master auto-selection and saving was not persisting correctly. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Estimates to Work Orders — Discount Fields Not Carried Over — Creating a Work Order from an Estimate with charges was not carrying over the new Discount fields. These fields are now correctly transferred. Watch video →

  • Estimate Forms — Discount Fields Missing in Preview and Print — Newer discount fields were not appearing when previewing or printing Estimate forms. This has been corrected. Watch video →

  • Service Agreements — Batch WO Create Equipment Counts Blank — Batch Work Order creation and Add/Edit Company equipment counts were displaying as blank or null. This has been fixed. Watch video →

  • Training — Procedure-Based Training EXP Date Not Updating on Backdate — Procedure-based training records were not updating the expiration date when back-dating. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Pending Doc Sign Offs — Tracking Status Showing Abbreviated — The Current Tracking Status field in Pending Doc Sign Offs was showing an abbreviated status label in 14.2. Full labels now display correctly. Watch video →

  • Oracle — Error on New Equipment from Template — Accessing the "New Equipment from Template" option on Oracle databases was causing an application error. This has been fixed. Watch video →
