  • Order System — Equipment Template Exposed in Grids — Equipment Template is now available as a column in Order System Details, Charges, and Pending Work grids, improving visibility during order management. Watch video →

  • Legacy Export/Import — Azure-Stored Certificates — Legacy Export/Import can now export certificates stored in Azure Blob Storage, ensuring cloud-stored documents are included in export packages. Watch video →

  • Export/Import — Azure Blob Storage Support — Export/Import now supports exporting blobs stored in Azure Blob Storage, extending the range of data that can be exported. Watch video →

  • Work Order Charges — Manual Add Date Stored — Work Order Charges now record the date a charge was manually added, providing an audit trail for billing adjustments. Watch video →

Bug Fixes​

  • Service Agreements — Slow Load When Changing Company — Changing Company in Service Agreements was taking a long time to load when many companies existed in the database. Load times have been significantly improved. Watch video →

  • Pending Work — Employee Filter Not Visible for Users in Many Groups — Employees assigned to a large number of Employee Groups were unable to view filter information in the Pending Work header. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Employee Filtering — SQL Error with 500+ Records — Filtering the Employees list when more than 500 records existed was generating an incorrect SQL query and causing an error. This has been fixed. Watch video →
