New Features​

  • Contract Review — Automatic Approximate Cost Calculation — Contract Review now automatically calculates the related Work Order's approximate cost upon completion, giving users immediate visibility into estimated billing. Watch video →

  • Order System — Contract and Estimate Review Prerequisites — Order System Preferences now includes configuration options requiring Vendor, Service Site, and Service Level to be set before running Contract or Estimate Review. Watch video →

  • Almemo Logger — Support for Almemo 2590 — The Almemo Logger utility now supports the Almemo 2590 device. Watch video →

Improvements​

  • Employee Time Log — Active Employees Only — Employee Time Log entries now only display active employees, reducing noise from inactive records. Watch video →

  • Contract Review — Additional Fields and Objects — Additional fields and objects are now exposed in the Contract Review panel, giving users more data visibility during review. Watch video →

  • Contract Review — Right Panel Editable and Saveable — The right-hand panel in Contract Review can now be edited and saved directly, eliminating the need to navigate away to update data. Watch video →

  • Template Editor — Search by Taxonomy and Current Options — Searching for templates in the Template Editor now uses a full search layout supporting both current options and taxonomy, making it easier to find the right template. Watch video →

Bug Fixes​

  • Order System Revisions — Blank Report Type Creates Phantom Documents — Creating Order System revisions with a blank Report Type was resulting in phantom revision documents. Validation now prevents this. Watch video →

  • Security — Local Admins Could Assign Profiles to System Administrators — Local administrators were incorrectly able to assign company filter profiles to System Administrators. This has been corrected. Watch video →

  • !HIDEPENDINGWORK! — Blocking Doc and Event Sign Offs — Using !HIDEPENDINGWORK! in the Home view was preventing Pending Doc and Event sign-offs from displaying. This has been fixed. Watch video →

  • Work Order Header — Company Name Truncated to 20 Characters — The Company Name object in the Work Order header was being truncated to 20 characters. It now displays the full name. Watch video →

  • Event Completion — Error When Choosing Ignore WO — An error was triggered when choosing to "Ignore WO" at the completion of an event. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Service Agreements — Custom Labels Not Displaying Correctly — Custom labels in the Service Agreement module were not displaying correctly in 14.2. This has been fixed. Watch video →

  • Order System Layout — Custom Field Aliases Not Showing — Custom Text 11–20, Date, Numeric, and Status aliases were not appearing on the Order System layout in 14.2. This has been corrected. Watch video →

  • Charges Utility — Import Error with Certain Data — Importing Charge Templates through the Charges Utility was causing an error with certain types of data. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • P-Touch — Launching Tries to Open OneNote — Launching P-Touch was incorrectly attempting to open OneNote, resulting in an error. This has been fixed. Watch video →
