Maintenance release resolving issues across TechSync/Field Service, Branch Manager, Order System, Template Editor, Uncertainty Budgets, and custom scripting.

Improvements​

  • TechSync — Vendor Locations and Device Presets Synced to Field Service — Vendor-specific locations and Device Presets are now correctly included when TechSync starter databases are created. Field Service users will no longer be limited to only the Default location. Watch video →

Bug Fixes​

  • Branch Manager — User Filter Not Working for Restricted Profiles — Users with No Access profiles and a company filter applied were unable to narrow Pending Sign-Offs by employee. Company restrictions are now correctly applied across Branch Manager Sign-Offs, Pending Work, and Contexts. Watch video →

  • Regional Settings — Comma Decimal Separator Causes SQL Error When Saving — On systems using a comma as the Windows decimal separator, saving calibration data was resulting in a SQL error. Data is now formatted correctly before saving regardless of regional settings. Watch video →

  • Order System — Incorrect Work Order Returned After Invoice Search — Returning to Work Orders after an invoice search was carrying over the previous job number. The selection is now cleared correctly. Watch video →

  • Template Editor — Canceling Edit Incorrectly Removes Approvals — Canceling without making any changes in the Template Editor was triggering approval removal when INVALIDATETEMPLATESIGNOFFS was enabled. No-change cancels no longer affect template approval status. Watch video →

  • Event Finish — AbortAction Causes Blank Event View — Triggering an AbortAction during the Event Finish - Start trigger action was causing the event view to go blank and preventing the event from being completed. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Order System — Unable to Clone Estimates — Cloning an Estimate in the Order System was failing. Cloning now completes successfully. Watch video →

  • Uncertainty Budget — Unit Conversions Not Applied in Range-Based Spec Lookups — Range-based spec lookup logic was not applying unit conversions while interpolation-based logic was. Both lookup paths now apply unit conversions consistently. Watch video →

  • Employee List — Replace/Merge Into Other Companies Fails — Using the Replace or Merge options for Employee lists was triggering a bug report and sometimes incorrectly deleting records in the destination company. This has been resolved. Watch video →
