  • Equipment Template Association — Clear All Filters Option — A new option to clear filters on all fields at once has been added to the Equipment Template Association dialog, making it easier to reset search criteria. Watch video →

  • Profile Manager Admin Log — 60-Day Default Date Range — The Profile Manager Admin Log now defaults to a 60-day date range, improving performance while keeping recent audit history accessible. Watch video →

  • TechSync — NO_EXPORT_IMPORT Variables Excluded from Starter DB — Global variables marked NO_EXPORT_IMPORT are now excluded from TechSync starter database creation, preventing unintended variable propagation to field service databases. Watch video →

Bug Fixes​

  • Batch Sign-Off — Latency and Freezing — Latency and freezing when performing Batch Sign Off has been significantly reduced. Watch video →

  • Event Custom Rule — Error on Final Doc Sign Off — A custom rule configured to run after the final document sign-off trigger was producing an error that prevented event completion. This has been resolved. Watch video →

  • Equipment Template Association — Hidden Fields Affecting Grid — Hidden fields in the Equipment Template Association dialog were still defaulting values and filtering the result grid. Only visible, user-applied filters now affect results. Watch video →

  • Calibration Results Tab — Icons and Script Projects in Inconsistent Order — Icons and Script Projects in the Calibration Results tab were displaying in a random, inconsistent order. Display order is now stable. Watch video →

  • Work Order Charges — Discount Values Intermittently Null — Discount Lock and Discount Type fields on Work Order Charges could intermittently be left null, causing incomplete billing records. This has been fixed. Watch video →

  • Device Presets — Vendor Cleared on Edit — Editing preset information on the main screen form was clearing the Vendor ID of the preset. Vendor assignment is now preserved on save. Watch video →

  • Workflow Config — Error After Save with Saved Search in Display Rules — An error occurring after saving a Workflow Config that used a saved search in the Display Rules filterbox dropdown has been resolved. Watch video →
