O.O.T. Review

The O.O.T. Review event confirms out-of-tolerance items in the calibration lab process. Use it to confirm failures before contacting the customer for repair evaluations and quotes. The event can also track issues with the calibration process — for example, technicians falsely failing equipment.

Once the event is selected, equipment can be loaded through the Choose Equipment window.

Choose Equipment

• Approved — moves the item to Awaiting QA.
• Rejected — places the item back to Awaiting Service.
